Title: Innovative teaching materials in Science and Mathematics

Description:  The outputs which will be implemented are:
1. Production of training modules for teachers
2. Production of materials that contain innovative methodological indications. Production of a shared format for the publication and standardization of experiments and new educational paths in Science.
3. Implementation of a platform for the repository of materials and virtual classes and forums for sharing problems and solutions.
4. Tools and methods for professionalization and professional development of VET teachers, trainers and staff; particular focus on improved initial education and in-service training for VET teachers and trainers.
5. Production of newsletters for the updating of the project activities and results (every three months).

There will be an increase of the professional competences of teachers reached thanks to their participation in specific training activities regarding the production of innovative teaching modules for secondary school students in Mathematics and Science.
The increase of the professional competences of teachers will lead to the improvement of the students’ competences and, consequently, to a general e
nhancement of the school Systems of the countries taking part in the project. In the long term, the results will be also seen in the improvement of competences in the students/future workers, who will be able to face the world of work with a problem solving attitude and with more entrepreneurial skills.

Project Phase: Implementation

Title: Identification of pedagogical and disciplinary topics on which the didactic materials will be focused

Description: Webinars for the the identification of pedagogical and disciplinary topics will be organized and implemented. We will make use of current views and theories related to the methodologies which can favour adult learning and all the rules and regulations that are related to the fruition of materials on the web.
Tasks and role of each organisation
The four universities, on the basis of their experience in the training of teachers, will prepare training didactic modules in the fields in the areas of investigation.
The Accademia della Sciimmagine1-collageenza will give their contributions related to laboratory experiences significative for the acquisition of the experimental method.
The General Directorate of the Ministry of Education verifies the relevancy between the didactic modules proposed by the universities and the current Regulations related to the School Curricula and the training of teachers.
The three schools of the partnership, possibly involving other school institutions, will experiment the didactic modules produced and will propose amendments or changes.

Title: Identification of the media and adaptation of the contents to the media

Description: Once the contents of the teaching materials have been defined, it is necessary to adapt the format with which these contents are presented to the media that will be used for the fruibility of these materials.

The four universities, on the basis of their experience in the training of teachers, will prepare training didactic modules in the fields in the areas of investigation.
The Accademia della Scienza give their contributions related to laboratory experiences significative for the acquisition of the experimental method.

Title:Implementation of the materials on the chosen media

Description: After the preparation and projectation phase, the didactic materials are implemented. There will also be a validation of the materials produced by the partnership.
